It seems you are all just caught out yourselves screwing the system . I have seen figures that you were allowing over 1000 staff to be paid they did not even exist. CEO stopped it. You were receiving drugs but they were just empty boxes you were stealing drugs to use elsewhere or sell. You have now to work instead of not turning up it hiding . You are also stopping massive investment with s this pr mess.

Of all the noise and hullabaloo against the CEO I have not read or heard of any reasonable charge against the CEO. I only know of control mechanism put in place by him to instil discipline into the finances of KORLE BU hospital e.g. the Head of Pharmacy should no longer sign chequesand that Cheques should henceforth be signed by Director of Finance and the CEO and what is wrong with that? Who formulates policies for the hospital? The Senior Staff Association or KORLE Bu Managment?.The Management of Kole Bu Teaching Hospital should act firmly and decisively and not be afraid to suspend any recalcitrant Senior Staff who flout regulations of the hospital pending full investigation followed by their dismissal.
Firstly, suspend them from work and ask the Security to ensure that they do not enter the premises.
If the Senior Staff actually marched to the CEO office singing war songs, this smacks of INDISCIPLINE and they should be queried followed by SUSPENSION from duty.
The manner with which they are acting with impunity, if management with the support of the BOARD do not deal with them decisively, they are bound to over- run you and put the activities of the Hospital in a turmoil.

Its amazing we have so many issues as a country yet this is the 22nd time this Korle Bu story has been the topic for discussion. Listening to Joy FM this morning, I felt sad for Ghana. We have found oil and we do not even have policies and laws in place to protect our Billions of dollars. Foreign companies claim they are investing billions of dollars into rigs and we do not have the expertise and even common sense to know if what they paid for landed in other countries or were really supplied to Ghana. No transparency. No accountability, yet we spend all day talking politics or minor issues. When a poor country like Gambia is thinking of what to diversify into with their meager earnings from the export of groundnuts, we do not seem to know what to do. Even Gambia has an airline, yet we are talking of building mega airports and we cannot manage our own airline. EVERYBODY WASTING TIME ON KORLE BU IS SICK IN THE HEAD.

Every time these leaders sense danger, they begin to use their old dirty tricks by saying " you did not follow the right procedure". Don't be afraid Charles we are all behind you. Just do your job.
President Mahama, please advise your law makers and legislators to instutionalise and enforce the law and hold all leaders accountable because It is becoming clear that those ugly memories of corruption are resonating in our minds. Ghana will have suffered a significant blow if we do not win today’s game against Portugal due to indiscipline, bribery, corruption, mismanagement, and individualistic attitudes from some players and officials. We have also watched a film "how to fix a football match" involving some officials of the GFA recently and no one has spoken about this and we wonder has that got to our losing to the US?? Then we read about huge amount of moneys being flown to Brazil to pay players and officials, what in this modern world? I think we need a vigorous system of payment for the teams-players and officials. The players and officials must sign an agreement and a code of conduct as they are representing the country, besides we need competent people rather than party patriots who are appointed as ministers of state, - this is a clear case of incompetence. I also ask myself is Ghana degenerating into a state of lawlessness or this is just a sign of incompetent from our leaders???
