When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwasi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwasi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwasi Prat can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Prat and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratts recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Patt has the gut to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

This writer is not serious at all. Once you are employ as civil servant, you can be transfer any time. So these so call deputy directors should know that there services are needed by all Ghanaian and only their communities where they can stay and do criminal activities. If the programme is currently suffering and if they are transfer it will deepen programme, they should just shout up and resign.
If the deputy directors think they are doing good job, why their various offices or regions are not doing well?.
I will advice the executive director to go ahead and transfer them. GYEEDA is not foot soldiers office.

Thank you my brother,
GYEEDA is not for foot soldiers, every one was giving the opportunity to go back to school and upgrade them selves, if for reasons best know to them they refuse to go that is their own cup of tea, they so called directors and their deputies who were smuggled into the programme on party basis should know that GYEEDA is now under public service and for that matter anybody can be transferred to anywhere at anytime.
so therefore, they should either accept the transfers or resign. PERIOD!

There is one thing i do not understand. How can a country with very little energy create an environment for job creation? What is the use of the GYEEDA, if there is no Job in the country to distribute to the people? What is this restructuring measures and transfer of people for, if the institution is not even finish its set?
All these workers are only going for the money nothing else.
Gyeeda must prove to the public how many unemployed workers find jobs through them? What is the future of theses workers and the unemployed people?
The intention is good, the personnel corrupt and thieves, the environment bad.

Please transfer them if they are happy they should resign. Nonsense when soldiers are sent to trouble spots in areas in Ghana like the recent crisis in Walewale with the police did they ask them before sending them there? They are all thieves who know that they can not operate in different regions since most of them are from the regions assigned.

A classical case of “square pegs in round holes” For any meaningful restructuring of GYEEDA to take place, the transfer or placement of personnel in appropriate positions is key and must form an important part of making the Agency efficient. The essence of restructuring an organization or Agency is to make it more purposeful and efficient. This is required as soon as practicable, so let “cut the crap” and allow due process and diligence to work.
