When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

These corrupt judges find ways to release criminals or corrupt public servants who have misappropriated state funds. The funds lost in the process could have been used to upgrade their “living conditions”. The judges are corrupt, likewise the state attorneys and the police. I always pray that I don’t get involved in a legal case (either as a defendant or complainant) when I visit Ghana. To hell with the judges, politicians, public servants, etc.

What at all is wrong with Ghanaian educated class upholding stupid culture from Europeans? You can practice some form of European law, but you have to own it as yours because before the white man came, we have been judging and sentencing people based on the crimes they commited so why we need a wig to do the same thing our forefathers did perfectly without fear or favor and with no funny looking wig?

All that they do is to send cassava and goat thieves to prisons in the towns and villages.
In the cities, they just take bribes and let the rich and politicians go. Let the rain beat on them.

This things in my heart that I will let to voice out. I know is not about this topic, but since it's about Ghanaian Judges I will use this opportunity to voic this out. Why is Ghanaian Judges wearing this funny wigs? Is this Wigs makes them Judges? Ever since the British establish this system it has always been like this. Did the British still wear this wigs? Why did we stick to the old ways? When Judges wear his wigs, does it makes them powerful? What is the idea about this wigs. Canada and United States has bigger court than we have in Ghana but yet, no Judge wear this kind of funny looking wigs. Look at South Africa court room, who off they're Judges wear this wigs. Is time for Ghana to let go, all the old ideas, which don't make sense.

The number of court houses and judges in Ghana are inadequate. The population has ballooned and changes have to be made. The same can be said of the number of police officers and the number of penitentiaries. On a visit to a number of court houses around the country I found the Ghana flag and the Ghana Coat of Arms (Seal) absent. This must change.
Good policing is needed in order for companies to operate effectively. How many detectives has the Ghana police service got and to what extent do they pursue cases? Too many people are being robbed of their toil and sweat. It is important that we increas the police-population ratio.
In many areas especially in the at least 12 Akyem districts which make up more than half of the population of the Eastern Region the police is out of reach but the chiefs have been doing their best in ensuring that law and order prevail in these areas.
Looking at salary levels or the per capita income it is apparent that a sizable proportion of the population cannot afford good legal services. The government must therefore provide some subsidies in this regard lest our republic turn into an oligarchy.
Judges deserve good salaries but what would a judge consider virtuous?? Judges must bear in mind that their salaries cannot be more than the productivity of the general public. They must take the GNI per capita of Ghana into account.
How can judges help increase the GDP of Ghana? Judges must be at work by 8am and leave not before 5pm. Most judges close for the day by 12 pm together with the judicial secretaries. These judges must be moved to other courts after they close by 12 noon.
