We go to the press before we even have the full information. Thank God for the lives of the fishermen but for those who just raise alarms without thinking

I think it is now time for the Fishery Commission to corroborate with the Ghana Maritime Authority to train these fishermen to acquired the necessary documents about sea, in order to avoid maritime accident. Every vessels should be seaworthy, enough bunker, competent seafarers, and ship stores e,t.c before embarking or commences of the voyage. It is unfortunate to heard that the boat was run out of fuel. I used the word "COMPETENT SEAFARERS". I urge the Authorities to put stringent measures.
