The police should investigate further. I am sure this criminal has given a wrong name. For car snatching, the name is unlikely to be a Nii Nai.

the statement says he was arrested may last year but because there were no sufficient evidence against the guy, the court acquitted him and now he is been arrested and he now admitted the crime.
