    This guy is addicted to the drug. What he needs now is treatment, not jail term. Judging from what he said about his physiological dependence, he will surely go into withdrawall if he is sent to jail.

    I think the court should have offer some help by recomanding a rehabilition insted of jail time. Because drug adiction is a disease that requiers treatment.
