Vodafone cannot just apologize to its customers with an just its mouth. It must compensate all its customers even if its with a small amount on their accounts. I am a customer of Vodafone and use several land lines as well as 2 broadband internet service packages for my home and office. These accounts are prepaid so at the end of the month, even if you have say 10 gigabytes left, it is gone. You have to prepay into your account again. Now if for a day I have no service, I am not consuming what I have prepaid for. This in a way is day light robbery and Vodafone must compensate it's customers and not only apologize. Maybe a couple of us clients need to sue Vodafone then they will know how to treat their clients.

It is only in Ghana that these things can happen. It is abut time we start sueing for comopensation in respect inconveniences, distress, etc. for all this none-sense to stop. Simple apology is not enough.
