The President cannot spend money without the prior approval of parliament. MPs must take the President to the supreme court.

The Bank of Ghana (BOG) has no Eastern Regional headoffice. I don´t believe that the BOG has accurate data of the economic activity in the at least 12 Akyem districts which make up more than half the population on the region. The GDP and GNI of these Akyem districts are very high. They stem from:

Gold mining
Diamond mining
Cocoa
Oil Palm (the largest in West Africa)
Timber
Software development
etc

The money supply and capital in the at least 12 Akyem districts are wholly inadequate. BOG must remove impediments to the setting up of rural banks in these districts and encourage ADB and GCB to open branches in these districts.

The government must further ensure that wholly owned Ghanaian banks, including rural banks, get at least 80% of the banking revenue.

As long as we tap into the resources of both the diaspora and home i am confident there is no problem we cant fix or sustainable solution we can not implement to give our people a better standard and future . Omanhene kwasea pepeni Mahama in his small-mindedness, tribalism saturated with mistrust and hate for the Akans fueled by the ayigbe treachery has appointed incompetent fools who would collapse any economy be it the USA , Germany , Japan or Canada . In fact the caliber of his favorites are so weak i doubt they could manage even a roadside chop bar for week successfully talk less an economy of 25 million strong. NDC's experiment with leadership from the north will cost them dearly as Ghanians will never again trust a northerner no matter which party fields them and they will be lucky if the party doesnt totally disintegrate into nothingness . The basic principle of democracy is to enable the active participation of the majority thus tapping into the potentials of the majority and secures the unity and progress of the people , pepeni has deviously managed to sideline the influence of the Akans and the majority of all Ghanians so is in effect and illegitimate govt that's only focused on robbing and stealing , to hell with everything else as he simply doesn't care about what he knows doesn't belong to him . He is a traitor and no indemnity clause should save him from his reckless selfishness and corruption but should be made to answer and be punished adequately either through the courts or lynching him in the streets. yes its time for a bloody uprising or war to rid us of this menace forever . It is clear that the Mahama led NDC gov't is hell bent on burying the country perpetually in the doldrums of retrogression and stagnation with no accountability, no transparency, recklessness and lawlessness at it's apologetic best, whilst the masses suffer untold and unprecedented hardships, with the propaganda machinery churning out statements like "strengthening of institutions" and whatnots, just to hoodwink the masses.
The NDC gov't is not about governance and the earlier Ghanaians booted them to the curb at the ballot box, the better it would be for the collective sanity of the masses. Just how much of this amount would be required to solve the filth in Accra or address the perennial and recurring water shortage in Korle Bu-the nation's supposed premier hospital, just to mention two examples, that there's a total breakdown of systems and structures at Korle Bu, and for which Accra-the capital of the country is being buried under mountains and mountains of filth, waste and garbage with it's attendant health implications.
It cannot be stressed hard enough that, the Mahama led NDC gov't needs to be sent packing in 2016.

An increase in salaries that does not matct with an increase in productivity automatically leads to inflation.
• Mahama was earning around 35m Cedis as Vice president. Mills as the president was earning around 50m cedis at the time of his reign.
• Barely two months after the mysterious demise of prez Mills, Mahama took over and raised his salary to 112m. The salary of his good for nothing vice also followed suit. The salaries of the numerous lazy, greedy, useless and foolish MPs also jumped from 30m Cedis to 75m. The workers of the entire country also saw the need to lobby for an increase in their salaries. What do you expect to happen when productivity is constant?
• The general price level will rise. Pressure on the dollar will also increase because Ghana is an import dependent country.
• I strongly believe that Prez Mahama was not satisfied with his salary as the vice president at that time hence the mysterious disappearance of mills for him to get the chance to come and milk the state.

His first coup d'etat !He even made the death of President Atta Mills served as the re_unification for their usurpation club, but the strategy is, laying hands on everything for absolute power , the presidency. He is insatiable, and believes he can have his way by spending, even to the last dime of our resourses. It is just like leaving cocks in the care of a hungary fox ! Defenders of our nation , must stop his nonsense, before he sends thousands of our brothers and sisters as beggars to foreign lands on green pastures missions !

Mahama and NDC go back to Atuguba and tell him his throat-clearing judgement has backfired agaist them.
It is riped for a coup, because going back to the SC will be the same people, same mind and, indeed, same heart.
