    NII MOI,is here claiming the ADVANTAGES EPA brings surpasse that of AGOA.

    AGOA,I BELIEVE HELPS US TO EXPAND IN OUR INDUSTRIALIZATION,BUT WE HAVE FAILED TO TAKE THE ADVANTAGES IT OFFERS.
