Do not touch the Heritage Funds because the money will finish and we'll still be where we are.
Past governments starting from Kuffour used our $1.2b to prop up the cedi to keep the rate artificially high, however, when the dollars run out at the BoG, the cedi is back to where it should be.
The government should cut down its expenditure, reduce imports of non-essential goods whilst encouraging exports.

why do you keep this money outside the country for that country to benefit from it.
Bring it back to ghana so that it can be use for loans to build the economy

Really there is no sense borrowing money with that high interest to prop the economy whilst that heritage fund lies somewhere and being used by some investors to their benefit. When is that fund going to be used? when the country is bankrupt? I can guess why the president doesn't want to touch it now. Eventually it will become the booty for the corrupt few of NDC government. It will vanish, no question asked, especially when NDC is going to lose in 2016.

Mosquito is right for the first time in talking about the hertitage fund. What percentage of our money is put into the fund from oil.
Less than one percent of the money govt gets from the oil fields.
If that 1% of money from the oil fields can bring back the economy into shape and Mosquito want the govt to use the money is tell us his party and the govt are useless.
If less that 1% cant make people live a better life.
Where is 99% of the money from the oil fields, we all know 1% of the money is, in hertitage fund, where is the 99% of given to the govt. Which govt account is these oil fields paying the money into, we know hertitage fund and what to know about the other funds and bonds hidden from ghanaians.
Mosquito is asking the John Mahama and his govt where is the 99% of the money paid by the oil fields? Mosquito knows 1% cant change the hardship ghanaians are face.
Moquito is asking for 99% of money the oil fields paid to the government.
Mosquito is calling his own leader a thief, he complaint the last time people call him corrupt, Mosquito is not corrupted but his party members are.
Where is the $120000 million from the oil sale excluding the $120 million (1%) hertitage funds.
Ghana has money in ghost accounts. If $120 million is only under 1% and can do alot for ghanaians, imagin we know where the remaining 99% $1200000 million is and how we will use it to better the people.

The current president of Ghana, John Mahama has his share of skeletal remains in his closet that deters him from implementing some of the bold decisions that a leader of a failing nation like Ghana should. For example, the president is surrounded by people, like Dr. Apaak, who do have ideas and feasible solutions to solve some major national issues requiring bold, unapologetic and fearless leader. President Mahama and the NDC has become consumed with the retention of power in 2016 they refuse to do those things that may hurt some in the short term but help Ghana grow in the future or put a stop to the draining of our natural and mineral resources and or erode our taxes. Why must the office of the president be bothered with what Gen Mosquito thinks or feels? A president is responsible for the nation and not party; let Gen Mosquito and others in the NDC worry about their paychecks in the next scheduled election cycle.
President Mahama must clean house at the ports and harbors, Land Commission houses, ECG, Youth and Sports, the petroleum industry, our contract with Vodafone and other telecommunications contracts and above all slap down any civil service workers union that would dare go on unauthorized strike. Government workers, including members of parliament who refuse to put in the 8 hours required days work by joining street marches losses a day’s pay plus a percentage of their retirement benefit; the loss of expected incoming revenue lost due to absence from work station not only deprives customers of services but add to lost productivity and GDP.
