  Call it irresponsible attitude or sexual misconduct? where those who perpetrate it (both boys and girls) are minors, call it juvinile deliquency in terms of sex (both sexes are equally at fault here). Where adult males defile or rape them, then it is IRRESPONSIBLE SEXUAL CONDUCT, OR PERPETRATION OF CRIME. Where the males did it through temptation of the (bad) girl child, then both should share the blame (however, with a greater proportion going to the adult male involved).

WE ARE A PRAYERFUL NATION BUT NOT GOD FEARING. OUR SO CALLED SPIRITUAL LEADERS AND TEACHERS ARE THE WORST CULPRITS. WE COVER THEM UP. IN ONE COMMUNITY, SOME YOUNG TEACHERS HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT SLEEPING WITH THE YOUNG GIRLS WAS PART OF THEIR SERVICE BENEFITS. IN EUROPE AND THE U.S.A, THESE PEOPLE WILL LABELLED PAEDOPHILES AND LOCKED UP FOR LONG PERIODS. YET IN OUR SO CALLED RELIGIOUS COUNTRY, WE SAY THEY SHOULD SETTLE THESE MATTERS AT HOME, SOMETIMES THE GIRLS ARE JUST IGNORED.

  It is about time we look into these NGOS research findings which sometimes alarming.Much as i respect the findings of this particular research,we should also question,their methodology.What was the sample size that yielded this results.we only hope that it is tailored to produce results to favour their donors.I visit home almost every two and so far have not heared of a case like this.Again,did they use primary data or secondary data? We will follow up.
