  this man must work within his mandate and stop being emotional. i sympathize with the family of the deceased and wish him an eternal rest but the commissioner is out of bounds.

I hope friends and family do not forget this guy- The Nursing dept legon where he was an alumni should institute award in honour of this guy.

  There is the need to thoroughly invstigate if indeed, that was the true amount paid to the family. At that time, the criminals were in power, and could easily manipulate things to steal from what they real amount was. After all, we know how they killed over hundreds of our brothers at the Accra Stadium with juju with the help of a monster called Eyadema, and turned round to make money from it. The npp is a criminal party that should not be underestimated. I urge the Authorities to investigate the true amount paid in this case!

  I hope you truly understand what compensation means. Justice Appau is not only using commonsense but is relying on some of the basis used by Actuaries to determine payouts.

  I hope you truly understand what compensation means. Justice Appau is not only using commonsense but is relying on some of the basis used by Actuaries to determine payouts.
  . Age of victim
  . Educational qualification
  . Job position and income prior to event
  . How much person will have made from occurrence of event until retirement, taking into consideration upward mobility and others.
  
  And by the way this was an air accident, which if was a civilian aircraft will have required significant insurance payouts.
  
  But truth is that Ghanaians don't generally value life.
