This has happened in UNIFIL, dr congo, etc. where third world country contingents exchanged weapons for other things.

THis is very bad indeed. A very poor military administration. Without communication-very good communication, you cannot have a good army. Who every is responsible must be dismissed immediately for this lapse in communication. Going forward a better flow of communication should be put in place to deal very well with all the foreign counterparts. The communicators do not necessary have to be military, they just have to be very good. Some old diplomate can be chosen to lead the way and some youngmen under them learning the ropes, to take over. When we take people out the must not be lead astray under any condition, that flow of communication must always be very strong-very strong.

Atorro announced to them that there had been a change of plan and that they had to relocate to Denchi, a town which is known to have been seized and controlled by the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N) rebels" If the government forces were fighting the rebels and the rebels have captured and controlling a town or city, who instructed the Ghanaians to go to that town? The South Sudan soldiers took the right decision. The Ghanaian soldiers were in South Sudan where fighting had broke up, are they saying their guns were still in a container? Please come again. It seems they were going to assist the rebels.

There are regulations and rules that govern how arms are to be shipped to the troops.
Which the UNMISS had breached.
There is an evident that rebels fighting the government actually used arms and tanks with UNMISS signs and that is well-documented in international media-video footages..
Which UNMISS JUSTIFY FALSELY AS BEING LOOTED FROM THEM..
