  The only solution to this Boko Haram problem is,Nigeria shd be divided into two.The moslems shd take the northern part of Nigeria whilst the Christians go in for the south.Brother Muammar Gaddafi said this but they refused.

  I share the same view with Dr. Antwi -Danso, the president should check the element within his government. Most of the are providing these militants with weapons and money.

  People know and they tip off Boko Haram when even the Nigerian forces come close. The Nigerian forces responses is extremely heavy handed making them lose the respect of the local people anyway. Nigeria has to a lot to do if it even hopes to counter this threat.

  It is very good that Dr. Antwi Danso has come out with what most of us have been saying all along. Well, late though it might be, it is timely. We in Ghana can not decieve ourselves that we are safe from what is happening in Nigeria, giving the fact of how politics has become in this country, where politicians are hell bent to do everything possible for power. If it can happen in Nigeria, it could easily happen here in Ghana. Who knows if some of our greedy and selfish so called politicians are already not in league with this terrorist group? Haven´t we heard some of them on radio, planning as to how they were going to bring into this country, mercenaries from neighbouring Togo and Ivory Coast to cause confusion should the 2012 elections go against them? Dr. Antwi Danso and his group would have done us a lot of good if they had brought those people to book. This is the way it started in Nigeria and this is how far they have gone. Under no circumstances should Ghanaians allow the selfish interest of politicians overdide the peace of this country. Those who are trying to forment trouble in this country should be identify and nail down before they advance from the preparatory stage.
  
  The question many people would ask or are asking is- where has Boko haram got all those sophisticated weapons? Where do they buy them and with whose money? If certain elements within the political arena as well as the military are not behind this terrorist group, they wouldn´t have been operating with such impunity. The same thing is gradually happening here, but in different ways, where tribalism is being used as a means to advance their course. Dr.Danso and his team, supported by the military should sit up and clamp down on such people heavily before the get out of control. Ghana, and for that matter Africa, deserve better from these selfish and greedy people.

The mutual respect that exists between Christians and Moslems in Ghana is the best in the world. Without religious tolerance, no country will have peace. Separation of church and state is ideal, but bridging the gaps between several religious denominations as in Ghana's situation can also help. Strict Sharia law should not be allowed in any country. If it is okay for a moslem male to have any number of wives as he can take care of, why should any of those wives be put to death for having an affair with another man when DNA testing can tell the father of her child?

  Someone at the top linked to foreign interests is benefiting from Boko Haram. Thus far they have managed to wreck havoc. Therefore it is not even correct to say Africans have failed.
  
  Some Africans have not failed. These are the Africans backing Boko Haram; in e.g. President Jonathan's Government.
  
  Those Africans who are against Boko Haram are those who have failed; so far I have not seen any.
  
  Some people here are saying something only because someone also said something. Otherwise, they care not.
  
  In Nigeria, say in Lagos, who really cares about Boko Haram? I was there last year. I saw little interest in Boko Haram.
  
  Anyway, in the end the Girls who were captured are their own Girls - they are Muslim girls from where Boko Haram comes from.
  
  Do you really think e.g. a Yoruba person really cares? Now let Boko Haram capture girls from other ethnicities, e.g. Yoruba Girls, aha, then Nigeria will really sit up.
