gbevlo was a gentleman with skills not suited for such an office. he was an ideal choice under knowledgeable mills but with brainless selfish mahama totally incompatible. the security of the land has so deteriorated in just less a few years to his none action in upholding the law . due to his misplaced loyalty he has allowed together with the bni chief yaw donkor the corruption to thrive and now its blown out of control. in protecting the constitution and upholding the rule of law we would have been assured of peace now we can only prepare for war and bloody civil uprising . everywhere you go from armed robbers in the street to universities people are already taking the law into their own hands and doing as they please without fear of the long arm of justice . ndc has forever destroyed the unity of the nation with their anti Akan agenda and the northern and ewe tribalism based on hatred . the facts are there only a fool will live in hope that this situation can be fixed with a reshuffle or a change of govt with or without elections . its over so prepare for the worst. the negative selection and caliber of the ministers is so poor they will not be able to face up to the challenges and things will surely fall apart

Bill has worked in a pickle factory for several years. One day he confesses to his wife that he has a terrible urge to stick his penis into the pickle slicer. His wife suggests that he see a therapist to talk about it, but Bill vows to overcome this rash desire on his own.
A few weeks later, Bill returns home absolutely ashen. His wife asks, "What's wrong, Bill?"
"Do you remember how I told you about my tremendous urge to put my penis into the pickle slicer?"
His wife gasps, "My God, Bill, what happened?"
"I got fired."
"No, Bill -- I mean, what happened with the pickle slicer?"
"Oh, um, she got fired, too."

Looks like the man has been relieved of his current position, and will be assigned to other duties when he comes back from vacation. This can hardly be termed a firing!

Why will the president sack him if there is nothing wrong?
Mr. Ackon, you have said nothing! He was sacked and the legon issue cannot be disentangled from that outcome.

I am not a fan of Gblevo Lartey, but this is an instant that I will suppoert him 100%. Ghanians are people who always want to be controlled. People take matters into their own handswithoutany regard for the law causingg anarchy and confusion. They have money or influence and therefore do as they please. A case in point is land guards. They ran amock killing and maiming people.Rogue chiefs and landowners who sell lands to multiple people resuling to unwanted litigations. Galamsey operators who are destroying our lands and polluting our waterways. And what do civilian govts do? Nothing. Gbevlo LArtey is being prosecuted because he is a militaryman, who did the rightthing under a civilian rule. And listen for the truth. What Legon did is wrong. A public institution should not and must not unilaterally erect a toll booth without the govts. approval, especially near a major highway that could cause congestion and danger to the public. Gbevlo Lartey is a can do no nonsense person See how every body behaved under Rawlings dicatorship. And seehow every body is misbehaving under a civilian govt, especially people in power who are "creating, looting and sharing" GYEEDA, SADA, ASONTA et all. Gbevlo Lartey, I congratulate you for a job well done. Ghana needs more can do no nonsense Gbevlo Larteys.

Sometimes people in government think when making press releases to the Nation they are talking to children.

Sorry Ghanaians, political appointments are NOT for life. They are all temporary jobs, served at the pleasure of the President. He has the power to hire and fire at anytime. All these comments are really distasteful.
