    ECONONY IS BUILD BY THE INDIVIUALS NOT GOVERNMENT.GHANA CAN BE BAILOUT BUT WHAT ARE WE DOING NOW, SINCE THE BUSINESS MEN AND WOMEN ARE NOW HOLDING ON TO THEIR MONEY.
