    WHY NOT INVEST THIS $1.8bn IN SOLAR ENERGY TO SUPPLY POWER TO AUGMENT THE THERMAL AND HYDRO POWER PLANTS IN THE COUNTRY? THE NETHERLANDS GOVERNMENT WILL BE TOO PLEASED TO ASSIST.
