    Other offenders are the private security vehicles who tout horns for other road users to give way; they should all be arrested.

    The traffic police in South Africa do arrest government officials and politicians whenever they break the rules and regulations of the roads.No one is above the law.

    The incidence that concerns me is the convoy that comes in the opposite direction of traffic. They always have a dispatch rider leading the way pushing drivers to move over.

    I think they must all follow the road and traffic regulations in order to safe live and property. leadership by example as it is said but not in Ghana.
