When would Ghanaian banks also go out and buy, so that we can repatriate foreign exchange to Ghana?

GCB was the first African bank to open an international office in UK, at London Cheapside...it still remains a single offi ...

GCB was the first African bank to open an international office in UK, at London Cheapside...it still remains a single office after forty years...what a shame. we are a country of very dull and conservative businessmen....perhaps clueless.
