Anybody looking himself or herself erroneously as a Presidential material can think of such unqualified ambition in the camp of the scarcely human resource NDC where a nobody like Rawlings was a President and his heartless wife contested.

The Presidency of Ghana is not about handsomeness, 6 footer or a 'jato' looking personality.

Presidency is about intelligence, diplomatically noble, versatile, approachable, articulate, trustworthiness, dependability, ethically humorous, socially comportment, morally respectful, creatively brilliant, reliably caring, and about a visionary, someone who dream big with a mission to accomplish a set goal.

Ghana's huge problem under Mahama's leadership is he is a disqualified personality with all the above mentioned as he was never meant to be a leader let alone a President.

U do not sit in your room and say he appeals to FV when the man even failed two exams at SSSCE(two NPP primaries) to qualify him for University( Presidential elections).If we are saying NANA has failed twice in attempt, then ALAN should not even contest at all in the NPP primaries which even qualify him for the national.

What at all about Alan is appealing to floating voters? A man wanting to lead a partty that he resigned just because he thinks his followers are being marginalised! You cannot resign from a party and turn around and say you want to be the flagbearer and think you are appealing to floating voters. Alan lost that appeal to and respect of many by his selfish act of resigning only to be begged to reconsider his decision, Alan does not have NPP at heart and many are waiting to punish at the right time!

With only the floating voters who are not even guaranteed as usual, or can be bought by Mahama with his famous gifts of 4*4s,cash, lab tops, and you can name it as it was previously done. This group needs to go back and rethink then, can come back with a more convincing " why " We are not in the gambling game of chances and ifs. If you can't get your own children to honor you, how do you expect your aunts in some Akan cultures to amen you to inherit their brother who happens to be your father?
