    THE GHANA POLICE NEED TO ARREST OPEN DEFACATIONERS, CLEAN THE BEACHES FROM DIRTY DEFACATION, CITY DUMPING AND TEST THE WATER BEFORE CITIZENS AND TOURIST CAN SWIM TO AVOID CHOLERA AND OTHER WATER BORN DISEASES.
