    I don't see the logic here. The cheats are not the ones who go out to do the real Phds; they can't even cope. The fake PhDs in Ghana are the likes of Dr. Rawlings, Dr. Spio Barbrah and - now - Dr. Kwesi Appiah.

    THIS GHC70000 IS NOT TO BE SPENT BY ONLY THE INVIGILATORS,BUT SOME TOP OFFICIALS OF WAEC. THIS PRACTICE IS COMMON IN MOST SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE SOUTHERN SECTOR AND NOT ONLY GOKA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL.
