    This so inhumane and downright disgusting! Such unhealthy treatment of those inmates can in fact cause outbreak of many diseases such as cholera

    Yes Frank, as a matter of fact, there are many in ghanaian jails without any court trial(s), NOT to mention the innocent ones who are jailed due to corrupt authorities and corrupt(evil) citizen

    THIS GOV SHOULD BE GIVEN PENALTY FROM UN FOR NOT PROVIDING TOILETS, FRESH WATER! PRISONERS IN USA LIVE BETTER THAN HOMELESS/POOR PEOPLE. tHEY GET 3 MEALS PER DAY & FREE MEDICAL CARE!

    poor reportage, how can Sekondi central prison be at Koforidua.As a former prison officer there is Koforidua local prison and Sekondi central prison both different prisons.

    I understand visitors of inmates come from all over the Eastern Region and even from other regions so we can appreciate the scope of the problem.
