And those stealing Million from state kitty are enjoying the money are walking free even in advance country caterer don't go for medical screening before allow to sell or operate cantina.This is very insane and absolutely ridiculous,caterer was jail not because operation under unhygienic environment or selling unwholesome food this is lunatism.This behaviour can only be recorded in primitive state like Ghana.
