    You can't blame them if there is no mkt for their products,there shd be conscious effort by the govt thru policies to make them survive.Free shoes shd be added to free school uniforms to create more mkt for them.

    Producing high quality shoe at what cost. If the Ministry of Defence wants to go into production why dont the Ministry go in to farming to produce cheap quality food to reduce the cost of living in the country
