A demo at Kenyase is shut down as the police shoot and kill demonstrators. A demo in Kumasi is stiffled by the military . Do you see any pattern.Show me a demo in Accra or Tadi that was teated the same way. The NDC govts. have treated the citizenery of Kumasi as a second class people. NO credible development since Nkrumah in Kumasi and always shutdown any progress byt unleashing the police or the military on innocent people. If a permit was acquired for this demo, then, a peaceful demo should be allowed without all this intimidation from a military that has been cultivated by J J Rawlings to be self serving while intimidating the people they are supposed to protect. The military should be put to a better use other than staging coups and intimidating the citizenery. They can build roads, schools , farms, teaching and other numerous works that will benefit the country.

The activities of the police in this metro area is incredible and i Have first hand experience. I hope drivers from other metro areas will also stand up to these bullying cops. But a word of advise though to the drivers too will be to get their own act of extortionism together cause the wheels of justice cuts both ways. They cannot complain of police harassment without changing they way they themselves purposefully dupe passengers
