    We wrote on many occasions that a husband does not go to the market to claim money from market women from whom his wife bought items to prepare meals for him, meals that he ate, but did not approve of.

    Who made this payment in the first case? This person has caused financial loss to the state and must be punished accordingly. Retrieving the money alone is not enough. Somebody must be held responsible.
