So far I have not heard about buying a submarine ship for patrol duties of the navy, especially as we progress with more oil wells in the midst of pirates along the West Coastline of the oil mining enclave. The time has come for Government to buy a submarine for the country just as we are fully equipping our air force; the earlier the better for our safety as a country
