When was the last time education benefited Ghanaians? why are we still investing too much money to educate Ghanaians? How many Ghanaians benefited from government fund and become useful to the nation. Please is better to let Ghanaians educate themselves from their own pocket instead of wasting money for them and at the end of the day go abroad and serve non Ghanaians. Beside that, those who educated and given opportunity to manage end up stealing and corrupting the nation to the brink of bankrupcy. At the end of the day where is that investment? Today over 99% of those in parliament benefitted from the Ghana fund for education. But now nothing they do to allow Ghanaians to beneft instead busy stealing and corrupting the nation. For example, someone like Kuffour was educated with Ghana`s fund but now he is rich by stealing from the same country that educated him. So what is the use of wasting money on this people?

this govt is soaked in corruption and has compromised our future with their shady deals with the Chinese . you talk of humble beginnings only to support those who destroy any chances we have at a better future for our children . you pass laws on GMO that will eventually have a devastating effect on our agriculture just because of a few pieces of silver bribes or what you now term as lobbying . you ndc have no heart or conscience just look at what your police are doing to the small enterprises and the weaker in our society . we here of heart wrenching stories of police so power drunk that they arrest drivers carrying goods and hold them in custody for enough days so the produce be it fish or other perishables get spoilt as they want bribes. small capital of a few thousand cedis goes up in smoke because of this callous selfish corrupt attitude and we say our economy is collapsing but dont realise the backbone of our economy are these very same small businesses be it selling roasted plantain on the street corner or traders in the market . you drive around in you air conditioned cars with police escorts so you dont get stuck in traffic but do nothing to implement solutions that will make it easier for the common man . you spend all your time scheming and conspiring so the people because of your propaganda are perpetually confused and remain ignorant . yes we call for a revolution to clear this oligarchy and if we have our way before then end of this year Ghana will burn so out of the fire the pure gold of our nation will come out . your govt is cursed and will never do anything good for our people as you will remain blind to what is visible to all righteous souls and never know the right way forward even if its presented to you . your legacy will be only one of deepened tribalism , corruption ,treason and betrayal of the national interest assisted by your Chinese criminals . all institutions of state are a disappointment and failure as they are so corrupt they no longer serve their purpose . if we do not stop you the tribalism and anti Akan agenda will become institutionalized .your govt has not created a single sustainable business rather collapsed many industries we inherited from Nkrumah and before.under the guise of minority rights you would rather promote sodomy instead of legalizing marijuana as you are more attracted to perversion and gutter morals than doing the right thing . ndc where is your integrity and common sense ?

With regard to secondary school education several factors have to be taken into account. It appears that boarding schools are very popular in English speaking countries except America. In other countries they are reserved for only orphanages. Should we have boarding or day secondary schools in Ghana? I think we ought to debate this issue? Personally I think we need a mix. Some day and others boarding; but how many boarding schools should we build and how many day schools. Many educationalists from English speaking countries except America believe that boarding schools are better. Boarding schools offer several advantages particularly for people from rural areas and poor backgrounds. Secondly how many years of secondary education should we have? Jerry Rawling's and Harry Sawyer reduced the number of years of secondary education and this was repeated by John Mills. I am debating the wisdom in that decision.
Boarding schools are expensive and difficult to maintain. The students carry out a lot of chores like weeding, scrubbing etc. In Ghana the washrooms of many boarding schools are unsightly to say the least.
With many exceptions there is a disparity between Ghanaians of 16 years in Ghana and young adults of 16 years in the developed world (including Ghanaians born there) in terms of vital statistics like height, weight and occasionally thinking capacity. This is corrected by age 23. Is it due to poor nutrition or the socioeconomic condition of the country? Is the money for feeding provided by the government for boarding schools adequate? With empirical evidence I know that we are by no means inferior especially with regards to intelligence.
I remember when I was in secondary school a day student asked me "What did you have for entertainment on Saturday night?".

For the umpteen time we are told the president cut the sod for the commencement of new projects. Yet we are not told what those development projects are, and for what purpose. How are those projects relevant to the economy and more especially to the people in those communities where the project is sited. Where is the funding for these projects coming from? Was it budgeted? Since the Chinese Loan seem to becoming a mirage?
So Mr president, we need some substance, and don't take those communities for fools, to think that merely cutting sod for show would appease them.
