  Folks,
  This govt, and every govt before it and after will never get it. Given the size of the country, the govt is already too big. The govt already owns the majority of businesses in the country. These are havens for corruption, nepotism and retrogression of the economy. Look at the size of govt appointees( ministers, deputy ministers, free housing, driver, cook, garden boy, free car and gas, free maintenance, etc, etc, etc and folks you wonder why the govt cannot provide reliable, dependable and affordable utility services for the people. The govt just does not care; they ate spending Ghana's finances on their comfort.
  The govt should get the hell out of running businesses, that is the job of the private sector and individuals.
  
  Who the hell is this mayor who is talking about the govt building and running markets throughout the country. The govt has never been able to get anything right!

  Ghanaian markets should be an integrated with nursery school within that complex to make it complete.There is no basic facilities such toilets for the market men and women with hand washing basins.

  COVER REGIONAL, MUNICIPAL, DISTRICT, LOCALS MARKETS WITH PUBLIC WASHROOMS/RESTROOMS, WALK-IN CLINICS, SCHOOLS, CHILD DAYCARE, PHARMACY, SANITATION, SECURITY.
  For a country that is less endowed with natural resources and is still able to grow its agric sector, Ghana is in a better position to explore its natural resources to develop its agriculture to enable it become self-sufficient in food production.

  Again, the govt has never been able to get anything right, and never will. They are clueless!
  Mahama was the other talking about changing the attitude of the Ghanaian- his biggest obstacle. What about his? People simply do not change unless they are forced to due to some some punitive policies. But first you must have laws in place, but law enforcement in Ghana is a different story altogether. It is called the law of the jungle; chaotic and unenforceable. Corrupt judges and law enforcement officials simply cannot do what they have sworned to uphold.
