It is instructive to note that, the nation-wrecking philosophy of the P(NDC) military junta turned political party, has lived up to it's billing and it's construct, by turning Ghana into the Republic of corruption, under the discipleship of Rawling's protégé, the current President John Mahama. Indeed, the sheer impunity of their corruptness and unmitigated thievery, led to a very poignant admission by the NDC gov't that, now they have chewed all the meat, and it was left to the bones, at a time that, Ghana was enjoying windfall tax from oil, cocoa and gold, improved tax mobilization, contracted loans including those from the CDB, etc, etc
It is pure envy that the founder and leader of the most corrupt political entity this part of the world, would describe a visionary, pragmatic, knowledgeable, thinking and intelligent leader, who moved Ghana from HIPC- a result of the incompetence and plain theft of national assets as a thief, and as one who endorsed corruption in all it's forms.
The facts and the evidence speaks for themselves about who was an autocratic thief who endorsed corruption in all it's forms, and which effects has landed Ghana in the situation it finds itself now, with the unenviable tag of Republic of Corruption, a first ever in Ghana. It is the least of Ghana's worries if Rawlings see the most progressive, most humble, most visionary leader of Ghana in recent contemporary modern Politics; John Agyekum Kufuor as an enemy, because of envy, and would not attend any function with his enemy present. The fact still remains that the P(NDC) military junta turned political party is the most corrupt, the most reckless and lawless, the most incompetent political entity ever to have assumed the reins of governance ever, and for the close to 30years, ending in 2016, that they have been in power, Ghana has retrogressed in leaps and bounds, and for Ghana to truly progress and redeem it's image in the comity of nations, Ghana should not canonize the unenviable title of the Republic of corruption under the NDC gov't, but should massively vote the NDC gov't out in 2016.

Last paragraph, line 3 has "were", instead of "where". American spellings shouldn't be mixed with British spellings in the same write-up, that's what I know. You wrote "honor" and "honored", so why not "guest of 'honor'", rather than "guest on honour", as you have it in paragraph 12, line 1, since "honour" is British spelling?
