  If we cannot revamp and expand railways in Ghana, we we might as well forget about development within the near future. IF THERE IS MONEY FOR FREE SHS, WHY CAN'T SUCH MONEY BE USED FOR RAILWAYS TO PROVIDE THOUSANDS OF JOBS THAT WOULD ENABLE PEOPLE TO PAY THEIR OWN FEES? THAT WOULD BE MORE SUSTAINABLE.

  If our delegation to Singapore,is going to learn how to stop bribery & corruption,selfishness,covetousness,lies,untrustworthiness,but rather copy SINGAPORE'S GOOD MANAGEMENT OF THEIR ECONOMY,then I will say,it's worthwhile sending delegation like this,once more to go there.
  Their country has been trying to up-grade their skills in every sector,devoid of corruption and bribery.Being patriotic citizens,having the country at heart.
  But that is the opposite,if Ghana is the case.
  WHAT THEN ARE THEY ACTUALLY,GOING THESE TO LEARN THERE?

  Let's see how this transforms into anything positive in Ghana. Are we so dumb we can not figure how to build a transport system in Ghana. Was it the lack of exposure to the system in some foreign developing country that we can not even fill potholes in our own country, plan streets and get rid of kiosks two feet to the road? Has anyone noticed there is only one road from Kasoa to Accra?
