The problem with the Black Stars is that over 50% of the players are in their late thirties and forties. This is a real problem when it comes to stamina.
The experience will still be there , but the high octane energy to complement the experience will be lacking.
Race does not matter that much, old age is old age , the heart, the "pistons" and "valves" after working for 40+ years just get weaker.
Most sportsmen in professional football and basketball, I mean predominantly black sports, retire during their late thirties.
Is ok to have one or two old folks on the Black Stars but playing over 50% of players in their late 30s and 40s is concerning.
Notice most of our players after running back and forth for a few minutes start panting like pregnant women,bending and placing their hands on their knees to catch their breathe. "You can't cheat nature"
We should focus on using the young players and give limited playing time to some of the grey haired warriors.
Some of the players can start looking into golf after retirement. That's a good sport for the old pals. lol

Since we know when each Black Star player completed primary school, we can guesstimate their age within a small error margin.
Let's call spade a spade. Our players are pretty old and stamina suspect. Most of them should be starting from the bench and limited to not more than 20 minutes of play.
