    GHANAIANS ENJOYED BETTER LIVING STANDARDS UNDER COLONIALISM THAN UNDER INDEPENDENCE. CONSIDER THE STINKING GUTTERS IN ACCRA. BAD HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS, RAILWAYS...ETC.TWEAAAH I REST MY CASE.
