    NDC have the men but the Northern Region is still being headed by a "foreign" Regional Minister!!! It's a shame the President cannot trust in the people of the Northern Region for Self Rule.

    Volta Region and the North are tribal areas. If you are not one of them, you are in trouble. Mahama intentions were good, but because of tribal politics it did not work out.
