Such is the influence of the president's decision hence the constant reshuffling. Another angle to it is to shuttle all over the place for knowledge, acquaintance and recognition.

After winning an election a newly elected Parliamentarian must leave his constituency and come to Accra the National capital to represent his constituency while at the same time providing feedback to his constituents. In order to represent his or her constituency effectively a parliamentarian should be able to communicate in the language he or she feels most comfortable in. Many parliamentarians come from constituencies where English is not the first language.
Parliament must therefore provide interpreters for all the major language blocks. Parliament must also provide earphones so that if one MP is speaking in a different language the other MPs can all understand. Language must not be a barrier to effective repesentation.

The unity of our dear country must not be compromised for any political gain. We must respect every tribe in the country and avoid playing on the minds of those who have not been lucky to have any formal education for our selfish earns. Any politician who is sensible and love GHANA must stop pointing at where TRIBAL POLITICS might have come from, because that will not take us anywhere. Another person will come and point at another direction. The fact is that, today we all know it is not a good thing to do and must be discouraged, rather than use it to our selfish advantage. The unity of our dear nation is more important than the survival of any political grouping. Ghana has been there long before any of these parties (which have a lot of selfish and insincere individuals) were formed. Ghana will be there when they are long gone. Let us sincerely pledge our loyalty to GHANA rather than a political party. How sincere are most of the members of these parties when it comes to stewardship with things of the nation? RESPECT AND EMBRACE EVERY TRIBE. In that lies the STRENGTH of OUR NATION. With that we will DEVELOP, HAVE PEACE and be WEALTHY. LONG LIVE GHANA.

Do not support POLITICAL PARTIES like you support HEARTS or KOTOKO. They are a GROUP OF PEOPLE who claim they can manage AFFAIRS OF THE STATE for you. You pay them for doing that. You must therefore USE YOUR HEAD and NOT YOUR EMOTIONS to ASSESS THEIR PERFORMANCE. By so doing, Their WORK can be FAIRLY ASSESSED. If they do A GOOD JOB, you RETAIN them. If they DON'T you KICK THEM OUT, and if they are found to have COMMITED A CRIME, you PROSECUTE THEM. This is the ONLY WAY our COUNTRY can PROGRESS. Let us also RESPECT and EMBRACE EVERY TRIBE in GHANA; we are STRONGER by so doing. We HAVE everything it takes to MAKE OUR LIVES BETTER. COMMITMENT, HARD WORK and SELFLESSNESS can help us do it. BE FAITHFUL and LOYAL to GHANA. IT is the only place you can be respected and be recognized as a HUMAN BEING, so why can't we MAKE IT A BETTER PLACE for us. I WISH ALL CITIZENS OF GHANA WELL. This is the time People of Brong Ahafo are going to experience real backwardness because Eric Opoku knows nothing than violence, incompetence and discrimination particularly against the Brons masterminded cabinet ministers from the Ahafo. There is not a single Bron indegin in the Mahama administration yet he had a remarkable votes from them even in the Wenchi constituency but rewarded the Brons with ingratitude. This is a lesson for all Brons to open their wise and let maintain their integrity well. We need another regional minister with a better integrity, competence and vision for the betterment of the entire people of the Ahafos and the Brongs.
