Ghana will continue to sink! Just one judgement look out how people have time to start criticizing the Judge about his relationship to Mr. Dan Abodakpi. Tweaaa! Everybody has become an unproductive pocket lawyer. Why didn't the lawyers refuse this judge? Is Dan Abodakpi related to Asiedu Nketia? Was it NDC that took the case to court or Gen. Mosquito sued in the name of NDC? Ohh my people! let's focus on things productive. Let's criticise the bank interest rates, how our oil is being used as a collateral, what is causing the falling price of gold? why has Ivory Coast overtaken Ghana in cocoa production, now they have their eyes on Ghana's oil. Why unnecessary arguement out what will never benefit us. Trying to read "political party" not even politics into everything is divisive and clearly letting us down.

Indeed, the late father of Justice Nicholas Abodakpui was my godfather and the Judge my childhood friend. Even if they are family friends what shows that judge will not look out for the interest of the guy in NDC. The whole court system needs to be reform, you don't appoint people with potential conflict of interest to rule on such cases, the court system needs to learn some basic sense from the doctors in Ghana. Its simple they don't offer treatment to their own, why? its simple, one major factor is the potential impairment of judgment in administering care to them. you might be leaving in the moon not to see asiedu-nkatia as a great spinner and a scam art. Mr. Asiedu Nketia, what kind of reputation do you want to build for yourself? Did you think through seriously when you made your statement that "corruption is not the biggest problem in Ghana". I don't believe a seasoned politician(Ghana's standard)like you can be so out of touch with the poverty many Ghanaians are facing in their lives because of corruption and on top of that you could insult Ghanaians intelligence with that stupid and insensitive statement.
Secondly, I think the so called Judge Abodakpi does not deserve to be on the bench because any unthinkable individual would have rendered a better court decision than the one he rendered. The question I do want to ask Mr. Asiedu Nketia and will like him to respond is, how often does he see somebody spending his time visiting a building construction site many times to check on the progress of the building construction if the building is not his?. And also, the fact that, the very building in Kumasi that happened to have the same architectural design as Mr. Asiedu Nketia's one in Accra was the very one he Asiedu Nketia spent many times to check on its progress during its construction. That should be of no brainer to conclude that, that building, considering the history of its construction might probably belonged to Mr. Asiedu Nketia. Unfortunately and sadly, Judge Abodakpi, I think in his judicious deliberation for his decision, in my opinion, he probably did not make any effort to want to know who the true legal owner of the building in Kumasi is. At least, if he had not been prejudicial of the case from the onset, I think he should have used his court to determine the true legal owner of the questionable building in Kumasi before rendering the kind of decision he rendered. It is my guess, that if Judge Abodakpi had spent time to find out the truth regarding who owns the two buildings, his decision could probably be different today.
Judge Abodakpi, in your life time , can you tell the public, how often do you come across two private and similar buildings in terms of architectural design that belong to different owners? Hardly, and probably none.
Lastly, I think Mr. Asiedu Nketia's statement that "corruption is not the biggest problem in Ghana" speaks a lot about his character and the part it might have played in the trial and Judge Abodakpi's decision.
