CHANGE IS IMMINENT!
"There are 31,530,000 seconds in a year, a thousand milliseconds in a second, a million microseconds, and a billion nanoseconds.
The one constant connecting nanoseconds to years is change. The universe, from atom to galaxy, is in a perpetual state of flux.
But we humans don't like change; we fight it, it scares us. So we create the illusion of stasis. We want to believe in a world at rest, the world of right now,
yet our great paradox remains the same. The moment we grasp the now that now is gone. We cling to snapshots, but life is moving pictures, each nanosecond different from the last.
Time forces us to grow, to adapt because every time we blink our eyes the world shifts beneath our feet. Every day, every moment, every nanosecond, the world changes.
Electrons bump into each other and react; people collide and alter each other's paths. Change isn't easy, more often it's wrenching and difficult, but maybe that's a good thing,
because it is change that makes us strong, keeps us resilient, and teaches us to evolve." – Jake Bohm.
THE GOVT MUST PRIORITISE
1. WIDEN THE TAX BRACKET. ALL THESE THESE KENKEY N WAAKYE SELLERS BY THE ROADSIDE MUST PAY TAXES. GET THEM BUSINESS/TRADING LICENSES.
2. CORRUPTION COURTS TO WEED OUT PUBLIC SECTOR THIEVES
3. FOCUS ON WATER. WE ALL NEED AIR, WATER, SHELTER
4. FOCUS ON ELECTRICITY
5. REHAB OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
LISTEN TO LIBRADIO.COM
13.REVIVE Accra Race Course.
14. REGIONS N CITIES MUST HVE THEIR OWN LOTTERY. THE NLA IS ONLY FOR THE CENTRAL GOVT.
15. in this day and age, construction of dual carriage ways is the only way of reducing or controlling accidents, deaths and injuries.
TO REG TRANSPORT IN THE ASHANTI REGION, MIN ATTIVOR,... WHY HAS work on the construction of the Sofo line project in Kumasi been suspendeD?
Why should such a project of importance be suspended or stopped? Travel around the whole country and one can not find one single safe road.
How many unnecessary deaths on our roads have to occur before this all important problems are resolved? STEP YOUR GAME UP!
A NATION OR ORGANIZATION, BUSINESS THAT IS NOT TRANSPARENT. HAS NO VISION. LIFE IS ALL ABOUT CHANGE, INNOVATION N HAVING VISION. IF YOU ARE NOT TRANSPARENT & DISCIPLINED, YOU BECOME STUCK N PRIMITIVE.

17. HOW DO YOU MAKE GH MORE ECONOMICALLY COMPETITIVE, U ASK?
A/upgrade and improve infrastructure: road systems, airports, ports, the entire infrastructure, and IT infrastructure IN GH IS LAGGING. IMAGINE THE JOBS THIS WILL CREATE FOR ALL THESE YOUTHS?
B/R&D:research and development being carried out within GH. GOVT MUST PROVIDE R&D tax credit for all companies who OPERATE/HVE operations within GH.
C/CORPORATE TAX BREAKS TO MULTINATIONALS WHO WISH TO USE GH AS THEIR HEADQUARTERS TO DO BUSINESS. THIS WILL HELP GH REMAIN globally engaged through trade and investment ACTIVIITES.
D/OFFER MORE CASH SAVINGS INCENTIVES FOR THE PPL OF GH THRU THE BANKS, MEDIA. DO THIS THRU FINANCIAL LITERACY CAMPAIGNS, CASH SAVINGS STRATEGIES WITH INTEREST E.G TFSA, RRSP, MUTUAL FUNDS, GIC'S, STOCKS/GSX ETC
E/FACTORIES: TURN MORE RAW MATERIALS TO FINISHED GOODS FOR EXPORT. IMPORT LESS.
IF GH WANTS TO RESOLVE ITS BUDGET DEFICIT, CHANGE THE MACROECONOMIC VARIABLES OF CONSUMPTION AND SAVINGS.
STRENGHTEN COMMERCE FACTORS SURROUNDING THE ECONOMY SO THAT THEY INDIRECTLY AFFECT THE POSITIVE STRENGTH OF THE CEDI. RATHER THAN TAKING SPECIFIC CEDI REVAMP MEASURES
F/I THINK ITS TIME THE BOG AND THE MIN OF FINACE MADE THIS ILLEGAL. IF YOU ACEPT FOREIGN CURRENCY AS LEGAL TENDER IN EXCHANGE FOR GOODS OR SERVICES IN GH. YOU THE ACCEPTEE MUST BE ARRESTED AND MUST SPEND AT LEAST 3MTHS IN JAIL,PLUS A FINE OF TRIPLE THE AMOUNT OF FOREIGN EXCHANGE YOU ACCEPTED.
THIS ALONE WILL CAUSE BUSINESSES LIKE HOTELS ETC FROM ACCEPTING OR PRICING IN DOLLARS OR ANY NON GH CURRENCY. THIS INCLUDES CHURCES TOO...LOL

BILL CLINTON JUST FINISHED BUILDING HIS LIBRARY MUSEUM IN HIS BIRTHPLACE OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SO WHEN HE DIES, HE WILL BE BURIED THERE. I MAY SOMEDAY GO THERE TO READ ABOUT THIS GUY. IF NOT FOR THIS CLINTON MUSEUM. WHY WILL I EVEN THINK OF GOING TO ARKANSAS OF ALL PLACES?
WAT IS JJ, KUFFOUR AND MAHAMA DOING?
HAVE THEY STARTED DRAWING UP A FOUNDATION STRUCTURE FOR THEIR LIBRARY MUSEUMS. TO BE BUILT IN THEIR RESPECTIVE BIRTHPLACES?
WAT ARE THEY WAITING FOR WITH THEIR ARCHAIC MENTALITIES? OR DO THEY ALL WANT TO BE BURIED IN ACCRA?
NELSON MANDELA WAS BURIED IN HIS HOMETOWN IN S AFRICA, NOT PRETORIA OR JOBURG. IMAGINE THE TOURIST REVENUE, DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL GO TO THESE SMALL COMMUNITIES?

italians, polish, germans, ukranians, norwegians, finland, swedes, swiss, dutch, all have their native names.
THE POOR ARE INNOVATORS IN EVERYTHING!
PLS, REMOVE THAT TRAITOR'S NAME KOTOKA FROM THE ACCRA AIRPORT N NAME IT AFTER NKRUMAH. RENOVATE THE ACCRA AIRPORT TO FULLY INTL STATUS LIKE THE AIRPORT IN JOBURG!...
WAT WOULD TAKE 3 MTHS TO DO IN COLD CONDITIONS IN CANADA/US WILL TAKE 3 YRS TO DO IN GH. WHY THE DISGRACE?!!! ARE WE HUMAN TURTLES? LESS TALK, MORE ACTION!

It's plain politics an hypocrisy at its worst when you ask people to buy local without the support of for manufacturers to compete with foreign goods. Our standards are cheap and shoddy, we don't go the extra mile to produce quality goods. I'm all for helping the economy and the local market but without the help of equipment and the technology to produce just as good as anywhere. Let's help build the local industry and the market will grow leap bound.

Your president takes his annual vacation in Dubai, ministers go to the US and Europe for treatment and even to give birth, ministers who had virtually no financial backbones ride in big foreign PRIVATE cars, how can we the citizens become more patriotic?Very soon this short sighted government will allow massive European goods into our market certainly to crush most of our local industries in exchange for exports which we do not even have in the first place. Are we silly?

It is not that you were employed and when JM came you lost your jobs. NDC has created more jobs since Mills took over from the inept Kufuor. Over 1.6m jobs were created in the first two years and more jobs have been added by JM. Ghana has never had it this good.
The problem is that people like to become kwame want instant millionaires. They want to eat from restaurants and drive flashy cars.
JM's crime is that he has killed the drugs trade so money is no longer flowing like water, hence the decision by the NPP supporters (who are mainly drug merchants) to heckle the NDC administration. But their wicked plan will backfire!

Do you think Ghana becomes a respectable country just because their President spends Christmas holidays in the most expensive Hotel in the world?
" WELL DONE MAHAMA !!!", intelligent people like Akua, after warming up the rest of the rest of their soup for five days going, are proud of you because you can afford a $250.- Breakfast in Dubai, and you can tell Ghana Parliament in the face, that they are not your co-equals, because "It is a CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENT."
Look, what dishonesty has done to Kwesi Pratt:
"…except that we need to come out very very clearly on where we think we are as Ghana; where we can go and how we’re going to get there.” "
This statement says it all; Absolutely NOTHING Positive was presented by the President, apart from irrelevant jokes

Mahama and his team has no clue about the economy. For them not to realize that in a non industrial nation such as ours the inflow of the dollar is what has kept us going for years. All of our commerce depends on how much dollar we have in the country. That was the basis of the Kuffuor economic boom. The economy is going to sink to the 1980s era. Very sad. This romantic idea of not dollarizing
the economy, is a case of an ostrich with his head buried in the sand.

Even though the content of the President's address more or less showed appreciable level of positivity, it lacked that expansive denotative detail that would have easily rub off on the senses of even the masses. That would have brought Mahama out as a someone who is in touch with the ground. All those wasteful unnecessary connontative and reflective statements he made could have been preserved for his church outings and not used in state of the union address in times like this. That's why the address couldn't come home. So I understand and agree perfectly when Mr Pratt says that " we need to come out very very clearly on where we think we are as Ghana; where we can go and how we’re going to get there.” In order words, we needed the president not only to give an address in english but to make SENSE using the simple denotative words of things he was talking about.

The unity of our dear country must not be compromised for any political gain. We must respect every tribe in the country and avoid playing on the minds of those who have not been lucky to have any formal education for our selfish earns. Any politician who is sensible and love GHANA must stop pointing at where TRIBAL POLITICS might have come from, because that will not take us anywhere. Another person will come and point at another direction. The fact is that, today we all know it is not a good thing to do and must be discouraged, rather than use it to our selfish advantage. The unity of our dear nation is more important than the survival of any political grouping. Ghana has been there long before any of these parties (which have a lot of selfish and insincere individuals) were formed. Ghana will be there when they are long gone. Let us sincerely pledge our loyalty to GHANA rather than a political party. How sincere are most of the members of these parties when it comes to stewardship with things of the nation? RESPECT AND EMBRACE EVERY TRIBE. In that lies the STRENGTH of OUR NATION. With that we will DEVELOP, HAVE PEACE and be WEALTHY. LONG LIVE GHANA.

All his proposal are not workable and attainable at this present economic mess unless may be he (Mahama)and his gangs will bring back those money stolen and stashed elsewhere to put into those projects.
What Mr. Mahama did was putting posters on supermarket window to attract customers to come in and find no produce. As far as it is not attainable, the speech is worthless and Kwesi Pratt goofed.
