    this is an extrimily good idea and positive sign of development through africa and not for only ghana alone but needs good leadership. our current leader is not good enough and bad for country economy.

    What is being talked about here does not make sense. In fact without wasting time, I know for sure that if the heading (Ghana to establish.....) has "to" it means nothing will happen anyway.

    THIS IS THE USUAL BULL**** SPEW ED BY ILLITERATE MINISTER. WE HAVE HAD A SCHOOL OF PHARMACY FOR OVER 60 YEARS. WHAT IS THE JUSTIFICATION OF ESTABLISHING YT ANOTHR CENTRE? SOMEBODY HAS FOUND A NEW WAY TO WASTE TAXPAYERS' MONEY

    North Rhine Westphalia (Nordrhein-Westfallen short NRW) is not a company but rather one of the 16 states (Länder) of Germany. Dusseldorf is the capital of that state.
