God has brought us into the 21st century and with that a new system of governance and state of mind based on democracy since it is HE alone who blesses the individuals with the gift of leadership wisdom and justice irrespective of status at birth. he has shown us the blue print of the way forward in the bible and other holy books and the time has come to free ourselves from this man made bondage called Ghana. just as in the Ukraine we must fight so the truth will come out , fear not the battle as they will crumble like the walls of Jericho . cast away our so called fake leaders and politicians who are nothing but cowards and like our enemies fear even their own shadows . yes God has put a million fears in their empty bodies as he who does not fear the Lord , the Lord will ensure all fears of the world will reside in him. They threaten us with superstition , juju and what have you and we say fuck you and go to hell as the divine power is with us . Yes all the tribes of Akan are fingers on the same hands and God has ordained we remain united so our strength and light will be visible throughout the whole world and universe , our time has come . everyday its becoming clearer and clearer to all children of Akan that we must prepare mentally for a battle of freedom . they come with tricks that say we must take a non Akan as our leader because its nice ? do they not think that out of 30 million Akans we can not find sensible down to earth leaders and warriors to lead our own people to our own destiny? a govt of the people and by the people is what the 21st century democracy is all about . let them continue to play with the consensus and other figures that justify their fantasy and enable them to marginalize the participation of the Akan majority in the Affairs of their own land , to marginalize us thus preventing us to afford a better standard for our people . The had of God has given them pestilence after pestilence but they refuse to let our people go , soon they will be swept away like chaff in the hurricane of fury . The NPP Vetting Committee must be able to fish out these allegations in order to confirm or deny this man the chance to run as Chairman of NPP. The Vetting Committee must do a hard and thorough job so that they will not endorse any individual tainted with drug conviction or persons rehabbed for substance abuse in order not to bring disgrace to NPP, period.

Have patience and wait for the vetting committee findings. If Afoko is found to have been indulged in drugs as the rumour seeks to establish, he should be disqualified. We are tired of being referred to as cocaine party.

We can understand and forgive his conviction in Ghana for resisting JJ's stupid coup and fake revolution, but if it is true he has ever been indicted in the UK for any offence he must own up and spare us the unnecessary rift in the Party. The infusion of tribal undertones is stupid and must be stopped immediately. Paul Afoko would not be a member of the NPP if the Party is truly an Akan Party. Even the NDC is not labeled a tribal Party is spite of the Ewe dominance of the Party. Besides, if it is true that the NDC genuinely won in three of the five Akan Regions in the past two elections, how can the NPP be labeled as an Akan Party and not the NDC? As far as the position of Party Chairman goes, an Akan has held that position only once in the long history of the NPP. Paul Afoko is a very likeably person but he must stop the tribal nonsense.

June 4 every reasonable ghana would have taken a gun against Rawlings for killing people in bolga right infront of families. What will you do if your dad was walked nicked on streets of bolga, what will do if you best friend dad was given cement to eat and water to drink infront of you. Paul stood up for people of bolga at that time. What will do if all your father house were taking from you and your family. Paul Akofo is a man only fighting for justice.
Paul did go to london on his own will, we had to break him out of jail because Rawlings had no reason to put him in prison. The radio station in bolga Paul dis-announce Rawlings coup was the right thing at that time.
London or UK criminal records are not forever if even Paul qas there. You cant have a criminal record and in prison for drinking, drinking or just been black.
Paul ex-wife could even in prison him. Crime is what those fools who failed NPP in 2012 election dont know.

NPP delegates should think again when voting for executive. Jake shameless followed Nana Addo and Bawumia to court when the reason for that court was his failure to get people at polling station to safeguild the interest of the party. If the executives were good and did their jobs well NPP wouldnt be going to the supreme court to overturn something that was not to have happen in tbe first place.
Where were our agents when NDC will filling the boxes at the polling stations or we never had agents to watch them.
The 2012 executives leaded by Jake made NPP Nana Addo lose the 2012 elections. They failed us big time.
NPP regional delegates should themselfs if they had a chance to be the chairman of the party would they leave a polling station without a representative? That is what Jake did to the party, he didnt care a less about people in the north where NDC took advantage to add more votes for John Mahama to win. MPs for NPP at north were not given oders to make sure votes are not added for presidencial elections, they were fighting for votes to be MPs not President.
Who duty is it to make sure the elections are not rigged? Its the executives duty and the failed to do it with no apology to NPP members.
2012 NPP executives lead by Jake is the most useless shameless group NPP ever had. How stupid did Jake look following Nna and Bawumia to court. The useless failed chairman who couldnt do a basic thing for NPP want us to elect him again.
Some of us may be stupid but not all of us. How stupid can anybody be giving a job to someone who tried the jobs with all their best a failed.

The vetting committee dont really represent NPP, you CANT have NPP without the council of elders, grassroots of all rwgions.

EVERYBODY has the right to stand for executives positions in the party. Why should a suppose vetting committee stop anybody from standing. People pay money for the administration cost when they want to stand and its a good thing for our party. Its not the 2012 executives lead by Jake who should decide who can be our new executives, its the job of all delegates to come out with the executives.
Why is Jake thinking the delegates will ever vote for him as our party chairman when he couldnt do a basic thing for the party. If you know NDC will steal votes WHY didnt Jake put watchmen there, or is it that Jake things NPP delegates are stupid.
NPP has better organisers that what Jake thinks about the party. Jake is like Rawlings thinking nobody can be better than him. Jake failed Nana Addo to the grassroots, he even fail democracy. Every polling station should have agents in democracy dor a free and fear elections. What did Jake as Chairman do? he only had agents in places where NPP had chance of winning stupidly. Those polling stations he had no hope to win were those John Mahama filled the boxes to win. NPP didnt lose the 2012 elections, it was Jake who lost NPP members. We put our trust in Jake as chairman and he total failed us without any apology.
The delegates should be stupid to vote for Jake as chairman again.
Jake is the most shameless person in NPP I have ever seen. The cow wouldnt agree he failed and failed all members of NPP by no knowning the what a chairman job is and not saying it for help.
If members of Npp knew what we know now about Jake we would have helped him. He lied to us, taking a job he doesnt know.

The delegates should be better and wiser than Jake. Jake has call all NPP member stupid by not apologing for failing and misleading us.

Paul Afoko has carved a dirty niche for himself in previous elections and that's come back to haunt him. He's the one who was caught bribing some delegates. He's lost respect and trust by many and that's why all these nasty things are being revealed against him. It's all very simple; when you lose trust or respect, this is what happens.

In life, it always pays to try to live a clean life. There's always a surprise somewhere that'll spring up. By the way, this is the very man who spearheaded a plot within the NPP to denigrate Nana Akufo-Addo, during the 2007 congress. In it he openly declared that: "Nana will lose and cry" during his interaction with some delegates. These things still ring in he ears of some members. When people see you as unworthy; when you lose respect or trust that's what happens.

Meanwhile Paul Afoko's supporters are trying to tell everyone that their candidate will win the elections hands down! They shouldn't make any rush judgement yet. The thing is all about credibility. Paul Afoko is trying to use his position against Nana Akufo-Addo. His first step is to try to win the Chairmanship slot then organise a crusade against Nana. It's not a secret anymore. And I believe that's why he's getting a hostile reception

NPP is better off with Nana Akufo-Addo as their flag-bearer for 2016 but Paul Afoko and his supporters are bent to use dirty tricks to make Nana unpopular. What they don't realise is that they're playing into the hand of the NDC, who're waiting for their next plot to fight against Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP.

Paul Afoko and his group better be wise. Aren't these same people who popped champagne to celebrate the bogus Supreme Court's verdict against Nana and the NPP; what are they trying to tell NPP supporters and delegates right now? I'm a bit surprised!
