    The country is broke that is why the govt is behaving this way . How can a teacher be transfered without the corresponding payments of legitimate entitlements . Teachers of this country are not being fairly treated at all.

    it is only in ges that staff are always been thrown arround without recourse to their welfare,please this must be seriousely considered to forstall any inbalances in the industrial front.
