Less than 1 year after this killer Chinese loan Ghana and Ghanaians have paid almost 10% in fees (exclusive of interest cost) on only 20% of the money received so far.
How can a dimwit, fool, selfish and incompetent person like JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA be imposed on Ghana and Ghanaians beats the imagination. Anything this MAHAMA has touched since he was imposed on Ghanaians as a "leader" has been worsened or destroyed. MAHAMA shame on you for lying to Ghanaians on every aspect of your life. Today i listen to my psalms , hymns and war songs by bob marley and 2pac just like David who composed for the Israelis so remain inspired. i look out of my window and count myself blessed that i have not fallen prey to these fake prophets and priests whose only aim is to collect collection more than 10 times during a service but have the clarity of mind to meditate alone and offer thanks to God. What ever they say i know its the opposite , if they say look right you better quickly closely observe whats happening on the left. the say the economy is grown then you must know its a disaster , they say they are working on fixing the economy , know for sure they are only stealing , infighting now they have marginalized all influence of the Akans the pepeni and ayigbe crminals are now looking to eliminate each other , they say they have found new investors know they have discovered new ways to exploit and channel our money away. they say our women are short and ugly but look at the stinking rats and vulture they can women in their tribes and you you will know ours are the most beautiful in the world . they say they want cooperation but they are only looking to rubbish or steal good projects . they say they want the well-being of the ordinary man but in reality they only want to line their pockets with money and push the Akan further into poverty . they say they want an all inclusive govt but know they just want cement northern and ayigbe domination with their slave tribes like the Gas and some foolish brainwashed brongs , ashantis , fantis assisting them. they say they are evaluating ministers and other appointees but it is now a battle between the ayigbe and the pepeni to reduce the number of ayigbe since the Akans are all already irrelevant in their govt although we are the majority in this land . everywhere you go you find pepeni vultures looking over the carcass of Ghana and tearing out the flesh of wealth for their own greedy selfish selves . they are comfortable now as the critical mass of the people still think things will get better little do they know its beyond repair and can only be remedied with an organized uprising of the Akan. the npp seems to be cleaning house and thanks to ken agyapong most likely true fighters will emerge who will not throw in the towel like nana addo did just before the true battle starts due to cowardice. yes we are ready and will never surrender to these thieves and criminals , long live the republic of Akan

This loan agreement was approved by Parliament in August 2011 amid controversy over the terms and conditions of the loan agreement, particularly, the collateralization of oil against the loan. As a result, the minority in parliament (NPP) abstained from the vote but the majority had their way.

So far, we have received only about $600 million from the $3 billion loan and continued to pay commitment fees on the whole loan. Assuming the annual commitment fees is 1% of the $1 billion which is common to most international loan. Ghana could be paying $30,000 million a year to CDB depending on the repayment period. How can Ghana pay $30,000 million annually and receive mere $600 million in two years? In other words, Ghana may be paying 50 times what she is receiving in fees alone. If this is not fraud, what is it?

He is ridiculing himself by urging our government to go and negotiate for more debt, -- in light of the shrinking value of the cedi, and the bleak future ahead of emerging economies like Ghana.

He has the nerve to call himself a Minority Spokesman on Finance.

How on earth did he get to become a spokesman on finance?

This is sickening: apparently every book-keeping guy in Ghana thinks of himself as an authority in finance.

Somebody should tell our so- called "Minority Spokesman on Finance" that the days of loose money are over.

Those days were brought about by the quantitative easing (QE) monetary policy of the United States Federal Reserve. Simply put: the U.S. Fed had been spending $85bllion a month to buy back bonds; and to keep interest rates artificially low.

Now the U.S. Fed. is tapering off that monthly $85b bond buy-back policy. Interest rates are heading up, and so are yields on bonds.

We have already floated bonds with an 8-plus percent yield. This yield is bound to go up. The higher the yield payment on our bonds, the lower the price of the bond, and the more expensive it gets to finance the debt.

Ghana at the moment does not have investment grade bond rating.

Given our junk bond status we cannot get anymore debt on favorable terms.

The fear from the Chinese is that we may default on our total debt payments.

In essence the Chinese are doing us a big favor by dragging their feet on extending us the $3billion loan.

This has nothing to do with the stature of our Finance Minister.
It is dictated solely by market forces, and our failure to keep our fiscal house in order.

We can bring back former President Kwame Nkrumah, -- the most favorable African friend of the Chinese -- and it would make no difference.

In essence Ghana is not in the position to take any more debt without jeopardizing the future economic prospects of the country.

This is the time for us to engage in structural reforms in our economy.

The opposition parties have the obligation to ensure that they rein in government borrowing.

It is therefore ironic to hear the Minority Spokesman on Finance urging the president to go for more debt, -- when every country is tightening up, and cleaning house.

Apparently, Mr Akoto Osei has been cloaked in a borrowed robe, --"Minority Spokesman on Finance".
He is not qualified enough for that title.

May Lord Almighty continue to bless our beloved Great Ghana:

Everyone in the country laid down quietly. This is called "Mind Changing Concept” Changing the conventional way of thinking.

When a lady lay on the table provocatively, John Mahama, the younger robber shouted at her: "Please be civilized! I will fuck you when I go to secure my loot in Dubai!"

This is called "Being Professional” Focus only on what you are trained to do!

When the NDC robbers returned home, John Mahama (Soviet trained and CVless) told Wayome, the older robber (who has only completed Stealing Engineering in a technical school): "Big brother, let's count how much we got."

Wayome rebutted and said: "You are very stupid. There is so much money it will take us a long time to count. Tonight, the TV news will tell us how much we robbed from the bank!"

This is called "Experience.” Under NDC, smartness in stealing is more important than paper qualifications!

After the NDC Looting Brigade has taken their share, the public servants in charge of national coffers told the Ministers to call the police quickly. But the Ministers said to them: "Wait! Let us take out $10 million from the bank for ourselves and add it to the $70 million that we have previously embezzled from the bank”.

This is called "Swim with the tide.” Converting an unfavorable situation to your advantage!
The Ministers say: "It will be good if there is a robbery every month."

This is called "Killing Boredom.” Personal Happiness is more important than your job.

The next day, the TV news reported that Ghc5 billion was taken from the bank. John Mahama & Wayome counted and counted and counted, but they could only count Ghc 2 billion. John Mahama & Wayome were very angry and complained: "We risked our lives and only took Ghc 2 billion. The Ministers and Public servants took Ghc 3 billion with a snap of their fingers. It looks like it is better to be educated than to be a plain president thief!"

This is called "Knowledge is worth as much as gold!"

The Ministers and Public Servants are smiling and happy because their losses in the share market are now covered by this robbery.

This is called "Seizing the opportunity.” Daring to take risks!
