    In london you can pay for hotel bills in dollars. Hotels should be exempt from thie draconian law or else the whole tourism industry will collapse.

    Don't tell lies. the only places foreign currencies of other countries are accepted are at border crossings - duty free, airports, etc. No country allows another country's currency as legal tender - except Ghana until 3 weeks ...

    I think,it would help the hotels in securing lots of dollars,if foreigners do exchange of their money(dollars)into cedis at their hotels.
    There shouldn't be any problem there,I think.
