He belongs to a family so please let's show respect small. Tribalism destroys a people and a nation for that matter. Go to Rwanda, Cote d'Ivoire etc and one will find out the unwanted repercussions of tribalism!

No particular profession is reserved for any particular tribe in Ghana. Every Ghanaian, male or female should be able to be in any profession of his or her choice.It must not be assumed that one must be a good swimmer to be in the Navy. The Navy must assume that recruites should be trained from the start to swim and safety precautions must be put in place.Goevernment should make laws that will ensure that every public swimming pool should have life guards to save people who are drowning in pools.Irrespcetive of what people put on their recruitment form about their ablity to swim, all new recruites should have on life jacket before they get into any form of water and should be in the presence of life-guards.
