    THE MP IS IGNORANT OF THE FACT THAT THE CENTRAL BANK IS THE GOVERNMENT BANK AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DAY CAN LEGALLY EXPLORE THE IMPACT OF THE BANK'S POLICY. THE GOVERNMENT'S FLIRTATION WITH THE BANK IS THEREFORE LEGAL.
