Is it a crime to have application filled forms in your office? Is it illegal to recruit workers? Is it illegal to have computers or Passports of recruited workers?

I understand some people's argument. Even the human traffickers do not know they are committing an offence. Human Trafficking act 2005 act 694 is clear on what human trafficking is. Saudi Arabia has 25 Indonesians who were trafficked on death row as a result of venting their anger on their slave masters for using them as slaves. Ghana Government intervenes to rescue a lot of Ghanaians who through deception were sent to middle East with promises that turn to be modern day slavery.
