He should be made to face the full rigours of the law. However, at 21 any custodial sentence will likely be the end of his education. On the other hand, he had dented the image of the victim worldwide which will live with her forever. A community sentence will suffice but its up to judge to mete out the appropriate punishment. This should be a lesson to the youth in Ghana that you cannot upload pictures on the internet without consent
