    I thought the Chairman asked one of the CRITICS of de-centralised National convention to go and read the PARTY'S CONSTITUTION!!! Now, who is right ???

    A centralized System equates " VOTE BUYING" and Corruption.

    These sort of a tendancy and a mindset is an Enemy to Democracy.
