    this whats happen when gov is involved! in usa..storage tanks are owned by oil companys or private pipeline companys..Then since oil belongs to them or they can buy to resell no problem happens except when refinerys have prob ...

    Our President is on holiday he cannot see anything wrong in the country. He does not know anything just to be in office and be called President. What do we pay him for? He is a waste.

    Like it is something new and unexpected of the NDC gov't. This is basically how the better Ghana agenda looks like and it's not surprising in the least bit. We are talking about the NDC here, duh!!!

    not designed to refine high quality lite oil, it was built for the cheapest crude on market at time..Thats why another must be built and sell TOR to private company
