    Fact is, in the last quarter 2012 Government admits it spent 2.8 Billion Cedis,which was not approved by Parliament.Till today nobody knows what this money was spent for.

    If you lack solid evidence, don't go and stand somewhere and suggest that Government misappropriated state funds in its victorious campaign. Reports on budget implementation is only a recording, not evidence.
