  Ghana is now more than George Orwells " Animal Farm" where some animals are more equal than others. For Gods sake, how does a petty thief get jailed for stealing a chicken while another, an NDC stalwart is allowed to go scot free after amicably resolving to refund millions of tax payers money he looted and shared with some sacred cows in the NDC. The constitution of Ghana says everybody is equal before tha law. But this is a farce under Mahamas NDC. I WEEP FOR MY COUNTRY-GHANA!

  It is becoming more and more evident that this ndc government does not know what it is about, how can you come to an agreement with someone who has taken or been given illegal money. It is a crime to abet, to receive "stolen property" how do you justify giving someone you are asking to provide a service an interest free loan when you are paying them for the service.
  
  So as long as you don't get caught you are home dry. this is the way it is in Ghana today, when a motor bike being sold for 6,000.00 on the market can be sold to the government for 17,000.00. Home Dry.
  
  The mediocrity is going to be the end of our freedoms, if we do not wake up and hold our leaders accountable. Awake Ghana.

  So they will do it again, hoping they are not caught; and if caught, they will promse to refund the stolen money, in return for no prosecution.
  
  And in the meantime, our friend in the street has stolen a fowl and has been jailed for 3 years.
  
  You guys are a bunch of criminals. Your day will come.
  
  You can take Ghanaians for a ride, for some time, ut you'll account, one day.
  
  All these and someone is telling us the 'young man' is fighting corruption!

As things stand, high level fraud against the state of Ghana will continue, as long as Mahama and this NDC government remain in power.

If thieves could refund the they stole them no one should be sent to jail when caught stealing, except the thief could not refund the stolen item.
